The production process of Gruppo Squadrani is made up of different realities acting with the aim of providing definitive solutions for every different need ranging from feasibility studies to the finished product (pressure die-casting, mechanical workings, special-purpose machines). The power of the machineries used in our foundry ranges from 200 to 750 tons, enabling us to cover a wide portion of the pressure die-casting market. Regarding the foundry work, we use state-of-the-art equipment with sophisticated software controls via personal computer for production parameters analysis and management.  The machine shop of Gruppo Squadrani is also able to provide an ordinary maintenance of the dies. Thanks to a continuous and effective teamwork with highly-skilled operators, we manufacture dies which satisfy all the clients needs. Since many years Fonderia Squadrani has been using a laboratory in which checks on the castings and inspections on the purchased alloys are carried out. On 02/27/06 our quality system became UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 certified, now updated to UNI EN ISO 9001:2008. |
